Once you choose print, choose “Properties” then “Job Storage” tab, you can then select “Personal Job” and select “PIN to print” and provide a pin which you enter at the printer to collect your job.

 You collect it by entering the menu – using the green button and selecting “retrieve job” – fairly straightforward using Green button and up and down cursors.

 Alternatively you can be hot of your heels to beat me (or others) each time to the printer.
